AKC Extra Fancy Coffee.  These are our largest beans.  They are selected to meet the Kona Coffee Council standard of Extra Fancy.  The vigorous growth, ripeness and high density of extra fancy coffee beans is traditionally considered to endow them with fuller flavors.  Order

AKC Peaberry Coffee.  Peaberry is a rare bean that occurs in only 5% of the picked cherries.  Instead of containing two beans - each flat on one side, and round on the other - a peaberry contains just one round bean.  Because in peaberries all the flavors are concentrated in single beans, they make a superior cup of coffee.  Order

AKC Fancy Coffee.  These beans are selected for size during the sorting process.  Fancy coffee consists of beans that are larger and more dense than the Prime and No. 1 grades.  Order

AKC Estate Coffee.  Like all our coffee, our Estate grade meets strict cleanliness and freshness standards of the Kona Coffee Council.  The beans correspond to Prime and No. 1 size classification.  Order

100% Kona Decaf Coffee.  Our decaffeinated coffee is our only non-estate coffee due to the economy of scale needed to create quality, chemical free decaf. Green coffee is combined from various Kona coffee farms and shipped by the container-full to Canada to undergo the unique, 100% chemical free SWISS WATER process.  Instead of using the harsh chemicals Methylene Chloride and Ethyl Acetate, (used in traditional decaffeination processes) our 100% Kona Decaf Coffee is decaffeinated using hot water!
